By downloading, installing, or using the Misani mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

The App, including its software, original text, graphics, branding, and quiz design, is the property of Misani and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce Misani's content without our written permission. This section does not apply to third-party content, which is governed by the next section.
The App displays football-related content — including player names, team names, statistics, player photographs, team logos, league badges, and country flags — sourced from API-Football (api-football.com). All such content is the property of its respective owners. Player names, photographs, club names, club crests, league badges, and country flags are trademarks or copyrighted works of their respective rights holders and are used in the App for identification and editorial purposes only. Misani is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club, league, player, or governing body shown in the App.
User avatars are generated by DiceBear (dicebear.com). The "Adventurer" and "Adventurer Neutral" avatar styles are © Lisa Wischofsky and are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0; https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). The "Bottts Neutral" style is a remix of "Bottts" by Pablo Stanley (https://bottts.com/), licensed for personal and commercial use with attribution. The "Glass" and "Identicon" styles are released under CC0.

By submitting any content (such as usernames or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.
The App may award in-game items such as virtual coins as a result of gameplay. Virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased or exchanged for real currency, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual coins at our discretion. If the App later offers real-money in-app purchases, those will be announced separately and governed by the platform store's payment terms (Apple App Store or Google Play).
We collect diagnostic information, performance metrics, crash reports, and session activity from the App in order to operate it reliably, fix bugs, and prevent abuse. This may include session replays of your in-app activity. We also send transactional push notifications related to your matches when you have granted notification permission on your device, and we deliver configuration values (such as feature flags) to the App via remote configuration. You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device's system settings. Details of what is collected, how it is processed, and the third-party services we use (including Datadog and Firebase) are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is provided free of charge; to the extent any liability is not otherwise excluded, our total liability shall not exceed one hundred (100) United States Dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Misani and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
