1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Misani mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Misani is a multiplayer quiz game application that allows users to:

• Play quiz rounds and answer questions
• Compete with other players
• View leaderboards and rankings
• Create and manage user accounts

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, or continue as a Guest. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames or profile content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, questions, and software, is the property of Misani and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

6. User Content

By submitting any content (such as usernames or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Advertisements

The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any products or services offered by advertisers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Misani and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
